As 2017 comes to a close, we wanted to thank you for your valued partnership and reflect on the milestones we have achieved over the past year.
An important goal of ours for 2017 was to modernize and update our website to assist with ease of use, house current applications and supplements organized by line of business, and state up to date information. We succeeded – and had our big launch in August! We have added a BLOG section that we will be updating on a monthly basis with a variety of topics ranging from coverage explanation to pertinent industry information, and maybe even some fun facts about our staff! Our Online Rating tools now have the option for you to upload your application should the line you wish to submit - not currently be available to quote online. We have big plans for 2018 to add multiple online rating tools!
2017 was a big year for organization improvements here at S&H Underwriters. We hired an outstanding addition to the Team; Steve Abramovitz to head up our Business Development Department, with focusing efforts on marketing which will include multiple agency visits. Internally, Haylee Glennon was promoted to Personal Lines Manager to head up our Personal Lines Team and we have worked to re-align the in house work flow so that we are more efficient than ever!
We rounded out 2017 with a big move to our beautiful new office building. We are now located at 338 East Montpelier Rd., Barre, VT. The space and location is much easier to access and allows for the room to grow our team in the coming years!
S&H is and has been working tirelessly toward continued growth for 2018 where we will celebrate our 20th Anniversary! It has been a productive and successful 2017 and we couldn’t have done it without YOU. Thank you for your continued partnership, loyalty and trust. Our sincerest wishes for a happy and healthy holiday season for you, your colleagues, and your families.
